1. Overview
This Policy governs all fee refunds and programme cancellations at Adamas Cricket Academy, operated by Adamas United Sports Private Limited (CIN: U93190WB2024PTC270113). All enrolments are subject to these terms, and students/parents are advised to read this Policy carefully before completing the admission process.
2. Admission Fee
This fee covers administrative costs, trial assessment, equipment preparation, and seat reservation. It is non-refundable even if:
- The student decides not to join after confirmation
- The student withdraws before the commencement of the programme
- Enrolment is terminated due to Code of Conduct violations
3. Programme Fee Refunds
Refunds of the Annual Programme Fee (₹1,20,000/-) are governed by the following schedule based on the timing of the written withdrawal request:

4. No-Refund Situations
No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:
- Enrolment terminated due to Code of Conduct violations
- Misrepresentation or submission of false documents
- Persistent non-payment of fees leading to withdrawal
- Student abandons the programme without formal notice
- After 180 days of programme commencement, irrespective of reason
5. Medical Withdrawal
In cases of medically certified inability to continue (serious illness, injury, or a condition preventing participation), the Academy will consider a partial refund on a case-by-case basis, subject to:
- Submission of a certificate from a registered medical practitioner
- Submission of all relevant medical documentation
- Review and approval by Academy management
Such cases are evaluated within 30 working days of receiving the full documentation. The Academy's decision in such matters is final.
6. Late Fee
- Monthly programme fees are due by the 10th of each month
- A late fee of ₹500/- per month is applicable for payments received after the due date
- Late fees are non-refundable under all circumstances
7. Refund Process
Step 1 — Submit a Written Request
Send a formal withdrawal and refund request to cricketacademy@adamasunitedsports.com with the subject line: "Withdrawal Request — [Student Name]"
Step 2 — Provide Required Documents
- Original fee payment receipts
- Bank account details for refund transfer (account holder name, account number, IFSC code)
- Medical certificate (if applicable)
Step 3 — Processing
Eligible refunds are processed within 30 working days of receiving the complete request and documentation. Refunds are transferred directly to the bank account provided.
8. Academy-Initiated Cancellation
In the rare event that the Academy cancels a programme or batch (not due to student conduct), enrolled students will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the admission fee, within 30 working days of the cancellation notice.
